- Complies with AS/NZS 1716:2012 standard
- Gives Class 1 protection against multiple gas/vapour hazards:
- A = gases and vapours from organic compounds (boiling point >65°C)
- B = inorganic gases and vapours, eg. chlorine, hydrogen sulphide
- E = acid gases and vapours, eg. sulphur dioxide
- K = ammonia and organic ammonia derivatives
Suitable for organic gas/vapour hazards covered by filter Class 1 (concentrations not exceeding 1000 ppm). Should not be used in oxygen enriched or deficient (less than 19.5%) atmospheres or where contaminants have poor warning properties.
