Shipping Policy – All-Round Safety

Thank you for shopping with All-Round Safety. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms help ensure transparency around delivery timeframes, costs, and expectations.

1. Stock Availability

We aim to maintain accurate stock levels, but occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock. In such cases, we’ll dispatch the available items and get in touch to discuss whether you'd prefer a refund, wait for restocking, or select an alternative item.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location. All rates are exclusive of GST and apply per shipment. Orders to multiple addresses are treated as separate shipments and charged individually.

Flat Rate Shipping (NZ Only):

North Island (Urban): $10.00
North Island (Rural): $13.00
South Island (Urban): $18.00
South Island (Rural): $22.00

Please note: Additional charges may apply for oversized items, express delivery requests, or special-order products.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and generally dispatched within 48 hours, depending on stock availability.

Estimated Delivery Times:

North Island: 1–3 business days from dispatch
South Island: 2–4 business days from dispatch

Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for rural addresses.

4. Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged and you're present at the time of delivery, we recommend refusing the shipment and contacting us immediately. If the parcel was left under an ‘Authority to Leave’ arrangement, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can assist.

5. Cancelling Orders

You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, our Returns Policy will apply. Please note that customised, special-order, or non-returnable items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
