Returns & Refund Policy

All-Round Safety is committed to customer satisfaction. We understand that buying safety gear online can be challenging — you can’t always try on, feel, or handle the products before purchasing. That’s why we offer a flexible and fair returns policy.

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

If you're not satisfied with a product you’ve purchased, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the invoice date, provided the following return criteria are met:

Return Criteria:

• Contact must be made with All-Round Safety before returning any items. We'll issue you a Returns Authorisation (RA) number.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
• Returns must include a copy of your invoice and a completed RA Form.
• Returned items must be in resalable condition.

Once your return is received and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method, or send out an exchange item as agreed.

Note:

• Goods returned without an RA number will not be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are not covered for change of mind or incorrect size.
• We recommend using a trackable courier service as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Returns After 14 Days

Returns requested outside of the 14-day window are accepted at our discretion only and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom-made or personalised products
• Special orders or indent items
• Clearance, sale, or end-of-line stock

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive goods that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. In these cases:

• We will arrange collection of the faulty/incorrect goods at no cost to you.
• A replacement will be sent promptly, or a refund will be issued as agreed.
