All-Round Safety is committed to customer satisfaction. We understand that buying safety gear online can be challenging — you can’t always try on, feel, or handle the products before purchasing. That’s why we offer a flexible and fair returns policy.
Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with a product you’ve purchased, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the invoice date, provided the following return criteria are met:

Once your return is received and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method, or send out an exchange item as agreed.

Returns requested outside of the 14-day window are accepted at our discretion only and may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
