Terms and Conditions applicable to online transactions from All-Round Safety


These terms and conditions apply to all transactions for the purchase of products ("Products") from All-Round Safety Ltd through its website at www.allroundsafety.co.nz and any associated web page ("the Site").  These terms represent the complete agreement between The All-Round Safety Ltd and the Buyer covering the purchase of Products from this site.  Except for terms implied by applicable legislation, All-Round Safety Ltd does not offer or agree to any conditions, warranties, guarantees or representations relating to the quality, description or performance characteristics of the Products other than those set out in these terms.  The Buyer's completion of the order form on this site will constitute an offer to the Buyer to purchase Products (the "Order").  All Orders are subject to acceptance by All-Round Safety Ltd

On-Line Ordering

Display on this Website does not guarantee the availability of any particular Good(s) therefore all orders placed through this Website shall be subject to confirmation of acceptance by Us. Orders for Services shall be subject to confirmation of suitable timeframes between You and Ourselves for provision of the Services.


Once All-Round Safety has confirmed acceptance of your Order, we will endeavour to dispatch your Order within three (3-4) Working Days unless a different time frame is specified in relation to any particular Goods. If we unable to dispatch your order within this timeframe, All-Round Safety will contact you and advise you of the expected date for dispatch. 

Following dispatch of your Goods, All-Round Safety Safety will email you with confirmation of dispatch and an invoice for your order. 


All prices appearing on this website are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

The prices to be paid by the Buyer for all Products will be All-Round Safety Ltd current selling price on the date of receipt by All-Round Safety Ltd of the Order, less any applicable discounts in effect at that time.  All Orders will attract a delivery charge as displayed when checking out.

All-Round Safety Ltd will not be responsible for errors in pricing that appear on the Site.  All-Round Safety Ltd will notify a Buyer in the event of a pricing error on the Site before an Order is delivered.  The Buyer will have the opportunity to cancel their Order within a reasonable time.

All-Round Safety Ltd reserves the right to change its prices from time to time without prior notice to the Buyer.  All prices in this website exclude New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%.

The GST payable by the Buyer will be shown on the invoice which All-Round Safety Ltd will send to the Buyer.  Delivery charges to the nominated address will be advised to the Buyer on the Checkout and Order confirmation pages of the Site. 


This Website (excluding any linked third party sites) is controlled by Us from Our principal business premises in New Zealand. Our servers are located in New Zealand, so Your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in New Zealand. It can be accessed from countries around the world to the extent permitted by the Website. As each country has laws that may differ from New Zealand, by accessing this Website, You agree that the laws and statutes of New Zealand shall apply to any dealings, actions or claims arising out of, or in relation to, this agreement, or Your use of this Website, irrespective of any conflict with any laws and statutes applicable to your country of domicile. In addition, We or Our subcontractors may use cloud technology to store or process Personal Information, which may result in storage of data outside New Zealand. It is not practicable for Us to specify in advance which country will have jurisdiction over this type of offshore activity. All of Our subcontractors, however, are required to comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act in relation to the transfer or storage of Personal Information overseas. You further acknowledge and agree that the filing of a claim against Us (if any) must be made in New Zealand in which Our principal business premises in New Zealand is domiciled, and that any legal proceedings will be conducted in English. We make no representation that Goods or Services offered through this Website are appropriate, available or suitable for use in countries outside of New Zealand, and accessing any material or content from, or through, this Website which is illegal in Your country of domicile is strictly prohibited. 


By purchasing from our website, the Buyer accepts that All-Round Safety Ltd may not have all items in stock at the time of purchase and it is possible a delay will be experienced in delivery of the Buyer's order. Occasionally, All-Round Safety Ltd are unable to source items that are listed on this website, in which case the Buyer will be notified as soon as All-Round Safety Ltd becomes aware of non-availability of the item and the full amount paid by the Buyer for the item will be refunded.  If the expected delivery time is likely to exceed 14 days, All-Round Safety Ltd will contact the Buyer to advise of this.


Payment for Products purchased from All-Round Safety Ltd via the Site can be made by Credit Card through Paypal and Direct bank deposit.

All-Round Safety Ltd will verify the credit card information submitted by the Buyer and will advise the Buyer that the Order has been accepted. The Buyer agrees to submit to All-Round Safety Ltd such information as may be reasonably requested by All-Round Safety Ltd for the authorisation and verification of its credit card purchases.

All-Round Safety Ltd reserves the right to exercise its lawful remedies if a dispute arises over payment through the Buyer's credit card provider. In particular, but without limitation, if the Buyer's credit card provider rejects a payment when due, All-Round Safety Ltd at its discretion may delay or cancel delivery of Orders placed by the Buyer.


We reserve the right to change any of the Terms and Conditions displayed on this Website (including our Privacy Policy) at any time by notifying You through this Website that We have done so. By continuing to use this Website it shall be deemed that You agree to be bound by the amended terms and conditions as notified and posted on the Website.

If You intend to transact through this Website (i.e purchase goods and/or services) then You warrant that You are at least 18 years of age, that You have the power to enter into this Agreement and You acknowledge that this Agreement creates binding and valid legal obligations upon You.

 Compliance with Laws

You represent and warrant that Your use of this Website will comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including but not limited to, EU Data Privacy Laws (including the General Data Protection Regulation “GDPR”) (collectively, “EU Data Privacy Laws”) and the New Zealand Privacy Policy Act 2020 (including Part II of the OECD Guidelines and as set out in Schedule 8 of the Act) or any other applicable laws.

When You request Goods or Services, We may collect Personal Information supplied by You when You complete an online form in order to facilitate the purchase of Goods and/or Services. Such information will enable Us to process Your transactions efficiently, annalyse our Website services and enable Us to provide a higher level of customer service (which may include informative or promotional activities).

We may also collect the following information/tracking data for statistical purposes and to help Us understand how to make Our Website more available and user friendly for You and to measure the success of any advertising activities We may under take:

(b)     The date and time of Your visits to Our Website.

(c)     Your clicks and activity on this Website.

(d)     The referring Website if any through which You clicked through to this Website.

(e)     Technical information on Your browser, device and operating systems.

 Information We Release

We will only release information about You as authorized by Yourself, required by law or where required in order for Us to provide Goods or Services to Yourself e.g to third party suppliers, or delivery companies. Where supplied to such third parties the information provided will only be sufficient for the third party to perform their services and may not be used by them for any other purpose. We will not release Your information for any purpose which You could reasonably expect us not to release the information. Except as detailed above We do not share, give, sell, rent, or lease information to third parties and Your Personal Information will only be disclosed to those employees within Our organisation who have a need to know in order to ensure You are provided with information about Our products and Services or to request Goods and Services through this Website. 

Under the Privacy Act legislation You can ask to see any information We may hold about You and You also have the right to have any inaccuracies in the same corrected by Us. We will comply with any such requests to the extent required by the Privacy Act legislation within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of Your request. We may ask you to verify your identity in order to help us respond efficiently to your request.


All returns must be sent back within 14 working days of the invoice date..

Customers will be responsible for all freight costs unless the garment(s) received was damaged or wrongly supplied. All returns must be in the original packaging and in re-sellable folded condition. A 15% restocking will apply if incorrectly ordered or not suitable for your requirements. Embroidered, Printed or digitally transferred products can only be returned where these is a fault with the product..Custom made, special orders, clearance and end of line products will not be exchanged or refunded.

Incorrect Supply of Order

If, due to a warehouse or other error on the part of All-Round Safety Ltd, the Buyer receives a Product which does not conform to its Order, the Buyer must contact All-Round Safety Ltd within 14 days of receipt of the Product and complete a Return Request.  On approval of the Return Request and receipt of the incorrect Product back into All-Round Safety Ltd store, the correct Product will be posted to the Buyer at no extra cost to the Buyer.  Freight/Postage for return of the incorrect Product and for supply of the correct Product to the Buyer will be paid by All-Round Safety Ltd. The incorrect Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging and unopened. 

Incorrect Product Ordered by the Buyer

If the incorrect Product is ordered by the Buyer, the Buyer must contact All-Round Safety Ltd within 14 days of receipt of the Product and complete a Return Request. A 15% restocking fee will apply. On approval of the Return Request and receipt of the incorrect Product back into All-Round Safety Ltd store, All-Round Safety Ltd will refund the price paid for the Product, less the restocking fee. Postage for return of the incorrect Product will be paid by the Buyer. The incorrect Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging and unopened. If a replacement Product is required, the Buyer may complete a new Order for the correct Product and the new Order will be treated as a separate and new transaction. 

Damaged Shipments

All packages should be inspected at the time of delivery.  Damaged packages should be refused. Please then call the freight company or (whoever is responsible for the package) and report the damage. After contacting the freight company, please call All-Round Safety Ltd for a replacement.

Clearance And Products On Sale

All-Round Safety can't always guarantee these are available at time of ordering as our suppliers on occasions have run out of stock.


All-Round Safety Ltd will arrange delivery of all Products to the Customer using its nominated freight carriers.  A Buyer may arrange its own courier to collect the Products from All-Round Safety Ltd if organized prior to pick up. 

Local NZ delivery rates are based on 0.075 cubic metres (one box packaged).
